If you get the following error message:
Invalid access code. This code may already be in use with another device. Please try again or if you need to retrieve your access code click here.
This means that the IP lock has been engaged relating to your ticket. Our system tracks the number of IP addresses accessing the video at the same time. This prevents ticket sharing and keeps events affordable for everyone.
This IP level restriction is different for every event depending on the promotors needs.
You may be seeing this error if you have changed networks eg. from WIFI to 4G on a mobile device.
If you genuinely are trying to access the event with your code please
1. Go back to the original network connection eg. WIFI where the platform was working correctly. This puts you back on your original network.
2. If you're unable to do this and you need your access code resetting please reach out to our support team via the live chat.
